Practice problems for Fin 101 and Fin 425 students

As some of you have requested to upload more practice problems on Cost of Money (Fin 101) and CAPM (Fin 425), I have compiled few relevant problems and put them in your course folder. You can go through them as supplementary material along with the class lectures and handouts.

Class Cancellation Notice

Due to the expected traffic congestion in Dhaka city, Fin 425, Sec-3 class scheduled for 23/10/16 (Sunday) has been cancelled. A make-up schedule will be announced in the next class.

Final Exam Schedule (Summer, 16)

Fin 101 (Sec 5): 16 August, Tuesday, 1.30 pm
Fin 425 (Sec 2): 17 August, Wednesday, 8.30 am
Fin 465 (Sec 1): 17 August. Wednesday, 3.10 pm
Fin 425 (Sec 3): 11 August, Thursday, 3.10 pm

As I always mentioned, final exams will be held according to EWU final schedule. I think there has been a confusion regarding the final exam date of Fin 425, sec 3 as according to earlier EWU schedule, SR finals were supposed to be held on 18th August, which later was revised to 11th. So we will have to go with that.

I have just reached Bangladesh and will be available in the office tomorrow from 10am-3pm. Good luck with the final exam preparation.

Make-up schedule

Fin 101 Makeup class

Unfortunately could not book a room for the makeup class which was supposed to be held on this Sunday (12.06.16). So there won't be any makeup class this time. A revised makeup schedule will be announced in the next class.

Class Cancellation Notice: Fin 425; Sec: 3

There has been a protest in City College/Dhaka College  and there is a huge gridlock in whole of Dhanmondi. Sorry to cancel the class on such short notice but we live in a very unpredictable city!  A make up class will be announced in the next class.
